Ecosystems are fragile, held in a delicate balance where every organism is integral to their survival. Big tech AI presents singular narratives and often perpetuates racist, Global North centric, heteronormative biases. Big tech AI creates a drought through systemic bias. I imagined tiny tech AI, as mangroves, holding delicate ecosystems together. The roots of the mangrove are tiny tech AI models countering AI bias, creating equitable and transformative tech. I intend for this digital mural to be interactive where folks can download the image and draw on the mangroves creating an equitable ecosystem. I haven’t figured out the tech behind making this interactive so that folks can draw and expand on the roots and draw on it. [Maybe someone can create tiny AI for that!]
